If you can make him interested in it, he will read it. If you are offering him
something that he needs badly and can afford - he will buy.
The keys to success are simple: -
Only send to those who are likely to be interested,
Make it immediately interesting - you have a maximum of five seconds
before they throw it in the bin.
They need to want what you are selling.
Convince them that they can't afford to be without it.
Make it easy for them to buy (or go to the next stage, see a demo', have a test drive,
etc..)
Of course with all of these variables you are playing the ratios game. Some companies
would be delighted to get a 0.5% success rate. Others are achieving over 20%.
